H3O Creative Ltd. is a cartoon characters creation company. We have been designing and producing our own products since the establishment of our company in 2001. We have mainly 2 series, namely "Gaga & Mimi" and "The Gumball Family" and have nearly 100 varieties of products which were manufactured in Hong Kong and Mainland China with high quality control.
